Welcome to Coffee for Change with us; Talentakana and Veztifal Show. The atmosphere felt warm and nice. We finally made it.
Presenting an event with team need good coordination. One way to get the successful result is having productive communication. I never thought that our collaboration would run smoothly and successfully. All we did was we trust each other, we discuss the plan, had zoom meeting and we supported each other.
I, honestly don't know Talenta Kana in person, but when we had one moment together to discuss about how CFC published, then I propose my self to join Talentakana Team to have CFC event together.
The most interesting point from our mutual event was we could gathered the two ideas into one big topic discussion: GROW YOUR MINDSET, GET YOUR LIFE BALANCE. There were only three of us who organized the CFC #1 and Alhamdulillah, everything was on the tract. Talentakana was the In charge team who contacted the speakers and I took part in completing the needs for the D-day.
Here are our spectacular speakers. The one who is from Azkail team and active participate at IP. The second was also from IP members who have Family business; Pais Teteh. Both of them gave insights on how to accept the reality and how to move and grow to become much better person. The conclusion from the event can be checking from the audience:
1. It hurts to change. Why do we have to wait until being old?
2. Don't fell ashamed to say, "I don't know".
3. Make the ordinary chance to be extraordinary one.
4. Change the "Obstacle" becomes the "Challenge"
5. No "FAILURE" word, We have to change The strategy.
6. Love the challenge given by Allah SWT
7. To grow, we need companies.
8. Accepting the input is a part of growing
