Exactly at 13.30 p.m. I spontaneously opened my mail box and stared at something ringing my brain. There was a news I got from my Leader team and I felt amazed. I realize that the result was not the point I must celebrate. It showed how far I have accomplished my way to become a professional examiner. I know the assessor monitored all I was conducting test while he was also evaluating my overall performance. 

I have become a speaking examiner for Cambridge assessment for five years and that will be new step  further to make my way of being a professional one who could work in an international scope. Furthermore, the feedback of my performance on last Saturday gave me sign that I proved and the turning point to be much bettee in the future.

Learning and practicing are two ways of getting better of my performance. No matter how hard I could try my effort, I am willing to improve my skills not only to be part of the quality but also to be my version; professional.
