Challenging! That is what we can say loudly when looking at the students are able to overcome their anxiety while speaking, explaining and answering the examiners' questions.
Having a golden opportunity to meet and experience the language with a native and a nurse will enrich students' knowledge on how to practice English with a native speaker and a healthcare examiners as well as with their lecturers. 
The students will have different situation when they meet and talk to different people with different educational background. They can enjoy the moment when they talk to friendly, nice examiners that reduce their anxieties and feel free to share and express their ideas or answer their questions. Though there are many things to revise including the spelling, their pronunciation, the poster's message and their physical costumes, they eventually find themselves safe and sound. They get their self confidence, the moment and the experience.Practice makes perfect is absolutely right when we could conquer a series of challenges and prove them in a relax and fun way.
There are some preparation before the students show their exhibition. By having some practical activities during the learning sessions, students practice step by step how to make a good public speaking through giving simple healthcare presentation to the audience. To reduce the anxiety, students will also prepare presentation aid such as Leaflet, poster, and other helpful display to help them cover their speaking performance.
