Bunda Salihah: Self Assessment and Peer Assessment

 "COMING TOGETHER IS A BEGINNING. KEEPING TOGETHER IS PROGRESS. WORKING TOGETHER IS SUCCESS"

This is not the end of my journey in Bunda Salihah Class. Instead, I got precious experiences on how I could share my passion to others. I also get the way to share it and it is my WOW moment to share without leaving my home and my family away. I feel that I get successful to share what I have and know about English skill and I do not work alone, I invites other to join my project and I finally I have got a solely member. For the 1st milestone, I see some progress but on the other hand, I have got some points to fix and improve for the better movement and actions. 

First thing first, I'd like to inform that we have published our projects finally via our social media (Instagram, Facebook and You tube Channel). However, we are still learning and preparing our website by following a short training. We also are going to continue to share our passion by podcast in 2022. 

There are WOW moment we have grabbed during the project. The first is relationship. Our relation went well as we could discuss the assignment, project and actions. The next is knowledge. I realize that my knowledge getting better on the material and I could share to my team and she could apply in her group organization. The last but not least is experience. We feel this moment is the best experience to start our sharing passion. This is the right moment for giving the best of us to the others.

Among the good points and the wow moments we have got from our project, we realize that there are some obstacles we made. The obvious one is coordination, I admit that our coordination is not good enough and I have to improve it to be better. The next one is communication. I have to change the way of communication to change from Command to delegation or instead of instruction , I have to invite and remind my team to complete work.

Improvement is the way to reduce the obstacles. I got some lessons on how to make an effective coordination by having schedule and PIC. I also have got lessons that productive communication is necessary to build by simple sentences.

To make our team getting better in the future. We need other members to join us to continue our project, especially those who are good at technology. We need them to synchronize our contents and are published in our social media regularly. The other thing is we have to improve our skill in knowledge and technology to make our performance good then better and qualified.

The way to get the impact from our project still need actions. We do hope that we are able to keep moving on to give our best. From my deepest heart, I would like to thank to my team and thank to Bunda Salihah Team who give us way to show our talent and passion.
