 This is what we call RAKER, where everyone from different departments sits together and discusses the strategic plan for the next year target. It is only business or MONEY to get from products we are going to sell but also the developing our brand to be more familiar among different kinds of segment. 
The Management invited some employees to share their ideas to reveal the booming moment for the company to move on in the following year. Vision and Mission are parts of the point to work focus and accomplish more in business. The products should be analyzed carefully and accurately based on the pathway applied by the Director and the team will make formula to make the strategic run well. Every employee will understand how to sell effectively and efficiently to make the customers satisfied and become loyal to join and feel the benefits from all of the program we are offering. To reach all of the target above, The CEO is going to apply BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS (BMC)  and divide the employees into three big strategic plan group.
To make the effective time, we are sitting with other employees from different department to ease our work and to make good plan for our products that is diverse from children up to adult group. 
Each group has a couch who will assist and help explaining the BMC based on each program assigned to every group. For example, the three groups  are talking and discussing about programs based on the people who get involved more in them.
Group 1 is specifically discussing about general English for kids (IEC, ETC) and Bilingual program. The second group is discussing about International Test (TOEFL) and ESP (HELP) and the last group is discussing about General English (Adult), English Camp and Immersion program.
The personnel of the 1st group are people who directly getting involved in Kids and Bilingual program. The couch is the master of the programs so it will become focus and easier to formulate the strategic plan through BMC. Mr. HB will give more explanation and describing the points which must be related to one another. Meanwhile, the other members will give their opinion and input as well as ideas to put in the canvas. their segments are ranging from children until adult.

The other group will work in different areas which is the segment mostly adult. With this group, I feel the atmosphere of togetherness and cooperative team who give their thoughts to be discussed and when we get agreement, we will put the ideas into each boxes given. We directly ask to the couch when we get stuck with the ideas and do not know how to put our ideas, then the couch, Mr. RR gives his explanation on our concern. Helpful, smart and cooperative are the impression that I get from both of the members and the couch.
The last group seems to be the most intangible profit for the company. Why I think it is the most profitable for us as the programs are dealing with a bunch of people who will assists students or adults abroad (Immersion) and Follow a-two-day English camp. The energy and the power are balanced with the fund. The satisfaction of different clients are becoming the group concern as they have to show the professional work during the events. Moreover, the repeated order hopefully will become regular agenda for the loyal client. Under the supervision of Mr. Nh, the group shows their dynamic discussion.
All in all, The RAKER open my horizon of what the team work mean and why we have to work in team to reach the target. We are not working alone, as we will always need other people to get involved to make plan run well. No matter how hard  the project to be completed, as long as we work together in team and apply the BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS (BMC), I am pretty sure that the company will get both the fringe benefits and the fund for the Company welfare.
